Operating rules, service timelines, and payment terms for our technology services.

1. Provision of Technology Services

By engaging with Copacetic Technology Solutions, LLC, you agree to the terms governing our technology services, which may include managed IT support, cybersecurity, cloud services, and infrastructure management. Copacetic Technology Solutions, LLC will provide these services in accordance with accepted industry practices and the agreed service scope. Specific deliverables, response expectations, and scope details will be documented in a proposal, service agreement, or service plan.

2. Timelines and Deliverables

Technology services are often iterative and may depend on third-party providers, hardware availability, and client responsiveness. While Copacetic Technology Solutions, LLC may provide estimated timelines for implementation, remediation, or support milestones, those estimates depend on timely communication and access from the client. Delays in approvals, credential access, or required materials may extend delivery timelines.

3. Payment Terms and Retainers

Invoices for services are generally structured as recurring monthly fees unless otherwise defined as a project-based engagement. Payment to Copacetic Technology Solutions, LLC is due according to invoice terms. Third-party software licenses, cloud subscriptions, and hardware costs are the client’s responsibility unless explicitly included in writing. Failure to remit payment may result in a pause of active services until the account is brought current.

4. Client Responsibilities and Access

For Copacetic Technology Solutions, LLC to provide services effectively, the client must provide necessary authorizations, accurate environment information, and administrative access credentials. The client is responsible for maintaining rights to any software, data, or materials supplied for use. Copacetic Technology Solutions, LLC is not liable for issues arising from inaccurate information or unauthorized materials provided by the client.

5. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services by providing written notice according to the agreement terms. Following termination, Copacetic Technology Solutions, LLC will provide reasonable transition support for active work and finalize invoicing for completed services. Copacetic Technology Solutions, LLC reserves the right to terminate services immediately in cases of non-payment, misuse, or material violation of these terms.
